2017 HOLIDAY CHEER PROJECT
CARL VINSON COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER
On 21 Dec, the Embrace The Faith Foundation, Inc (ETFF) partnered with the Carl Vinson VAMC’s Contracting Branch in providing 46 Veterans residing at the Community Living Centers (CLC) (Ward 12 A, 19B, and 15B) with gift boxes filled with hygiene necessities: Deodorant, T-Shirts, Socks, Shower Gel, Lotion, Toothpaste, and Toothbrushes.
ETFF annually conducts a Holiday project, this year we wanted to honor and express our gratitude for the Veterans and their dedication to service during the Holidays. The Medical Center Director, Ms. Maryalice Moro joined the Contracting Team and ETFF in passing out the gift boxes to the Veterans!
Mr. Keith Griffin (AOD, Customer Service) was presented with the Contracting Staff’s Holiday Cheer Project idea, his coordination with the CLC Nursing Staff identifying the number of veterans and their needs was instrumental in ensuring the project was a success!
